Stephen Dollar, CFEI, IAAI-FIT(V), ECT, CCFE

CVFI Stephen is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, Evidence Collection Technician, Fire Investigation Technician with Motor Vehicle Endorsement, Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator and a Certified Computer Forensic Examiner. He is also certified as an aerial drone pilot with his Remote Pilot Certificate through the FAA.

Timothy G. Augustine, IAAI-CFI

Tim has been activily involved in the fire profession since 1972 and is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators. His prior positions included former law enforcement, arson and explosives investigator. Tim is located in Central Florida and works from our Sanford, Florida location.

William “Josey” Visnovske – IAAI-CFI, (Retired ATF-NRT)

Josey is a retired Federal Agent from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives. He has a combined 30 years of experience as a local, state, and federal law enforcement agent, with over 10 years of service as a Certified Fire Investigator and Certified Explosives Investigator. He has also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. During his time with the ATF, Josey was a member of the National Response Team where he was involved in multiple large-scale fires and explosions nationwide. He holds extensive certifications in fire and explosive investigations as well as instructor certifications in multiple courses of Critical Incident Stress Management. He is a published author and researcher of a study on the Impact of Fatality Fires on Fire Service and Law Enforcement Fire Investigators, Crime Scene Investigators, and Firefighters. Josey also co-authored a series of books for individuals suffering from emotional trauma and continues to work with colleagues who have been affected by emotional sufferings from traumatic
events.

Daniel Holtzapple

Daniel Holtzapple is our Fire Forensic Technician. He is currently going to school for Electrical Engineering at Seminole State College in Sanford, FL. He plans to graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Daniel assists with Laboratory Examinations, Site Inspections, and various tasks around the office and warehouse.

Cody B. Hays

Cody is a Forensic Technician and Dive Team Lead with KHFC. He an active member of our Forensic Support Team and assists with fires, explosions, and evidentiary management. He also serves as a Technician within our laboratory and a specialized member for our particle isolation room recovery team. Cody is a professionally trained diver and holds multiple certifications as a Forensic Underwater Diver to include: Dive Master, Mater Public Safety Diver, Master Underwater Criminal Investigator, Evidence Recovery Specialist and Public Safety Dive Commander. Cody’s specialized skills and training in underwater operations allows him to locate, identify and recover submerged evidentiary items forensically.

Sky Santos

Sky Santos is our Business Relations Manager. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, in 2014 with a degree in Public Relations. She previously worked for Universal Studios Orlando Resort as a Guest Services Senior Coordinator. Sky manages our Marketing Department and assists with Administrative duties.

Keli Langely

Keli Langley is our Marketing and Development Coordinator. She is responsible for creating strategies to continue aligning Kevin Hays Fire Consulting with the expanding needs of current and future clientele. She assists with many aspects of administration and office operations. Keli has completed extensive studies through North Florida Community College and the University of North Carolina. She also has over 8 years of experience with customer service and office administration.
